I would leave 0 stars if possible. Amy the office manager lied about a conversation we had today. I called this office to ask questions based off of things I have been told about their " policy ". Not questions about a specific person. I never said any names and based off my questions she knew what child I heard these experiences about. She then called said family member of mine and said I cussed her out!!! That is a really bold lie. That's also called defamation of character and against the law! I deserve an apology. My family member deserves a phone call explaining that you lied to them! If she knew her office was not in the wrong why would she feel the need to reach out to a family member and one who I never named? I also feel like they do not give kids with State Insurance the same type of care! Care they deserve. Just based off our conversation. Amy you were extremely rude and I will be waiting for my phone call!

Lady in charge is horrible. Egotistical. My treatment was put on hold cause I was told I needed a tooth pulled to continue. Ended up finding a place to pull it a year later. They stopped my treatments and I was told I could no longer come there for my braces. They even refused to take my brackets off.

I had a disappointing experience with this office related to their recent system transition. Based on other similar feedback, this does not appear to be an isolated issue. During the change, patients were not given clear instructions on how the new system would work or how to continue making payments. I was even told that staff themselves did not fully know how the new system would function at the time. When I contacted the office to address my account, I was spoken to in a condescending and dismissive manner by a manager named Amy—the person patients are required to speak with regarding balances. During the conversation, I was told that they switched systems because they were “tired of people making partial payments.” I expressed that this seemed unfair, as some patients may simply be having a difficult month and are trying to stay on track the best they can. Instead of receiving understanding, the conversation continued in a way that felt dismissive and unnecessarily harsh, including comparisons to paying car notes and electric bills. Very disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment for my son two months in advance, but one week before the visit, I was told the doctor no longer accepts our insurance and the appointment was pushed back another month. The staff was impatient and showed no empathy or apology—just “take it or cancel.” Very unprofessional.
